How does the health workforce differ in size and structure across EU member states? What are the determinants of these variations? How do the working conditions of the health workforce differ compared to all employees? What future needs for health workforce can be expected? These questions and others are being explored by consulting company BASYS (Germany) in a study for the European Institute of Health and Sustainable Development (EIHSD).
The study includes a summary report and twenty country reports. These reports apply as benchmark the EU27 average using statistical information systems.
